This is a social session to get people together to chat and learn about how keeping moving is good for your health and wellbeing
This session will be led by a qualified instructor within the library to offer a gentle form of exercise and movement.
This is part of a range of fun activities and exercise sessions led by qualified instructors to help you feel good and improve your fitness levels.
This session is part of our Together Fund programme which is supported by Active Lancashire and Sport England.
