A  2 week course on Friday 6th and Friday 13th January delivered by Lancashire Adult Learning.

Participating in Art activities is known to relieve stress, reduce anxiety and create an increased sense of personal wellbeing. Art is also a well-recognised form of relaxation and has many wider benefits to your wellbeing. During this practical course, learners will be guided through a series of demonstrations using a range of practical techniques, reviewing the connections to the 5 ways to wellbeing throughout. All techniques and activities have been selected because of their connection to wellbeing and they will be suitable to do with limited materials and resources.
