A 2 week course on Friday 24 June and Friday 1 July delivered by Lancashire Adult Learning.
This course is designed to show simple exercises that can be done at home to develop learner’s knowledge and understanding of the components of fitness alongside the benefits to overall health and wellbeing. It is suitable for those who are new to exercise and wish to gain an insight into how physical activity can impact their lives positively during this time. The overall intention of this course is to improve physical wellbeing during this challenging time.
