Qigong meditation is an ancient Chinese healing practice that combines controlled breathing, gentle movement, and meditation to promote good mental, physical, and spiritual health.

This session will be led by a qualified instructor within the library to offer a gentle form of exercise and movement. It is suitable for beginners.

Equipment will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle exercise and stretching.

This is part of a range of fun activities and exercise sessions led by qualified instructors to help you feel good and improve your fitness levels following the recent covid lockdowns.

This session is part of our Tackling Inequalities Fund programme which is supported by Active Lancashire and Sport England.
