A great way to improve your health, fitness and wellbeing from your local library. Discover your local area and meet new friends.  

A walk for an hour with stops to do basic exercises such as squats and lunges

This session will be led by a qualified tutor.  

Please wear comfortable footwear.  

 

This is part of a range of fun activities and exercise sessions led by qualified instructors to help you feel good and improve your fitness levels following the recent covid lockdowns.

This session is part of our Tackling Inequalities Fund programme which is supported by Active Lancashire and Sport England.
