A gentle and fun way to improve you and your baby's health and wellbeing in your local library.
This session will be led by a qualified instructor within the library to offer a gentle form of exercise and movement.
Yoga mats and equipment will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle exercise and stretching.
This is part of a range of fun activities and exercise sessions led by qualified instructors to help you feel good and improve your fitness levels following the recent covid lockdowns.
This session is part of our Tackling Inequalities Fund programme which is supported by Active Lancashire and Sport England.
