A new session of mindfulness colouring for adults which allows us to disconnect from other thoughts and concentrate on the moment.
Mindful colouring is inclusive, it’s open to anyone of any skill level. It has been shown to: Reduce anxiety and stress; Improve sleep; Improve focus; Improve vision and motor skills. Join our new group. all equipment provided.
